BuyMax works with our franchise operations teams and franchise owners to understand our networks’ business needs. BuyMax scans the market to find best-in-class solutions to meet our system’s needs and issues an RFQ to further evaluate capabilities. After identifying the right partners, the sourcing team works with the vendors to develop programs and offers that build beneficial relationships for both sides. BuyMax continually evaluates both vendor performance and perceived franchise value to ensure our relationships grow and flourish.
