The Authority Brands 2025 Convention brought together over 1,500 attendees for three days of collaboration, celebration, and learning. From making new connections to reconnecting with old friends, the event highlighted the strength and unity of the Authority Brands community.

Networking and social events created a dynamic environment for franchise owners to engage with one another. The convention kicked off with the Wild West Golf Fest at Top Golf, setting the stage for camaraderie and informal connections. The brand Welcome Receptions gave owners an opportunity to gather together with fellow owners in the specific brands for a night of lively conversations and fun.

Day two of the convention was packed with insightful sessions led by top corporate leaders, including CEO Craig Donaldson, CFO Somer Webb, CDO Jordan Wilson, and CMO Kenneth Schweighofer. Their expertise provided franchisees with actionable strategies to drive business growth and align their goals with the overall brand vision. A keynote presentation from Ford Saeks further reinforced these takeaways, delivering inspiration and practical advice for achieving franchise success.

The general session was followed by regional network lunches, a new feature to the Convention based on franchisee feedback. This time gave owners an opportunity to break bread with other entrepreneurs from their region. Owners were able to connect and discuss shared regional challengers, explore referral opportunities, and get inspired by their neighbors. Following lunch, franchise owners gathered within their brands for sessions specific to their businesses.

Later that evening, the vendor showcase allowed franchisees to explore partnerships and discover new tools that could enhance their operations. Day two ended with a fun BuyMax after-party with a fun 80s cover band!

The final day of the Convention was focused on brand sessions. Each brand spent the full day in sessions to help them grow in their brand, learn about new tools and programs, and network with their fellow owners.

One of the most highly anticipated moments of the convention was the Gala Reception & Awards Ceremony. Here, the Franchisees of the Year were honored across all 15 brands, recognizing their dedication and exceptional contributions to their businesses. We’d like to congratulate all of our franchisees of the year, listed below:

Takeaways for Franchise Success

The Convention is always a productive time for franchise owners looking to scale their businesses, providing key takeaways that can be applied to long-term growth through the general and brand specific sessions.

Another great part of the Convention is the networking time. A huge part of why entrepreneurs choose franchising is to tap into an extensive network of like-minded professionals. The conversations and friendships among fellow franchise owners are always strong, and the shared experiences and best practices can lead to new insights and opportunities.

Convention also allows owners to get valuable face-to-face time with their corporate team, helping the franchisees and franchisor continue their relationship and alignment on brand goals and benefit from ongoing support. Continuous learning through conventions, training sessions, and keynote presentations help keep franchise owners ahead of industry trends and ready to adapt to new challenges.

The Authority Brands community is built on collaboration, innovation, and growth. Being a part of a franchise means you’re never alone—our conventions, resources, and corporate support provide the tools you need to thrive. As we charge into 2025, we’re excited to see the momentum continue!
