Authority Brands' 2023 Convention brought all of our brands together in one place to learn, grow, and celebrate. As the year winds to a close, we are highlighting the Franchise Owners of the Year for 2022, who were honored on the last night of Convention.
Here's what Carlos Hesano, President of the Restoration Division, had to say about Owners of the Year Garrett Pacheco & Sean Todd:
"When choosing the Franchisee of the Year, we looked for a franchisee that exceeded our expectations in the following categories: adoption of tools and process, attendance to meetings and trainings, growth in revenue year-over-year, and implementation of marketing strategies.
The owners joined us in July, 2022 and took over ownership of a STOP Restoration franchise that had been in business for 27 years. The business was struggling at the time, but in the first year, they were able to turn the business around. After the acquisition of the business, they successfully revitalized it, leading to a remarkable revenue growth of 227%, surging from $452,693 in 2022 to $1,479,918 in 2023.
