Authority Brands' 2023 Convention brought all of our brands together in one place to learn, grow, and celebrate. As the year winds to a close, we are highlighting the Franchise Owners of the Year for 2022, who were honored on the last night of Convention.
Here's what Scott Walker, Brand President of Screenmobile had to say about Owners of the Year David Pawek and Chris Hordyk :
"David joined Screenmobile in June 2018, and his longtime friend Chris joined in September 2021. The territories owned are Marin, Sonoma, Napa, and Solano counties in the California bay area. Their team of seven, which includes David and Chris and Chris’ wife Michelle, who is one of their office technicians, complete about two thousand jobs per year.
Both David and Chris have extensive backgrounds in home improvement store management and sales management.
Their year over year sales growth showcases their outstanding performance in driving the business forward.
They shared their innovative employee retention tactics during a recent regional meeting. This commitment to creating supportive and forward-thinking team culture are qualities that truly set them apart.
